The new Apple Plate from Jones Hire is inspired by traditional earthenware and artisan glazes. Rustic, high quality and totally on-trend, the Apple Plate can be used as a charger, dinner plate, or whichever way your creativity leads you.
The acid green colouring with russet mottling takes ripe orchard fruit as its inspiration. The lustrous glaze is richly applied and then left to work its magic in the kiln, such that the patterning of every piece is unique. Each plate displays the subtle rings of hand-thrown pottery; aside from this tactile quality, the form delights in simplicity.
