Jones Hire maintains over 20 vehicles in service at any one time, ensuring that our trained drivers can reliably deliver anywhere in the UK and Europe. In the Summer of 2017 we started rolling out a new fleet to comply with Transport for London's standards for the Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ).
ULEZ is an important environmental protection mechanism that aims to improve air quality in the city, and will come into force in April 2019. Jones Hire is pleased to have been able to act on it well in advance of the deadline.
We also limit the fuel usage of company vehicles as much as possible through mileage reduction, using GPS tracking technology and efficient computer-assisted logistics.
